IPS officer Gyanendra Kumar Verma has been granted an extension of deputation tenure.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal
of the Ministry of Home Affairs for extension of deputation tenure of IPS Gyanendra Kumar Verma.
Year 2001 batch IPS officer Gyanendra Kumar Verma is currently serving as IG, CRPF. Now with the new order she is to continue working on her position for a period of two years beyond 26.01.2025 in relaxation of the IPS Tenure Policy.
