IAS officer Malay Shankar Chattopadhyay has been posted as Deputy Secretary in West Bengal Government.
Following a notification from the state administration name of IAS officer Malay Shankar Chattopadhyay has been mandated for the position of as Deputy Secretary in West Bengal Government.
Indian Civil Services officer Malay Shankar Chattopadhyay is at present rendering services as DM, Bankura in West Bengal.
