Vivek Joshi appointed as Joint Secretary, Dept of Expenditure

The 1989 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre, Vivek Joshi has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Expenditure from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for his remaining tenure under Central Staffing Scheme or until further orders, whichever is earlier, on transfer of one post of DS/Director from Department of Personnel & Training to Department of Expenditure and upgrading the same to Joint Secretary level for a period of two years.
