The 1987 batch IIS officer, L Ramashish Vishwanath (ADG- PIB) has been entrusted with the additional charge of EMMC (Electronic Media Monitoring Centre) which functions directly under the Ministry of I&B. Prior to this he has been handling the ‘New Media Wing’ of PIB as his prime assignment.
