Vipul Mitra, Gujarat IAS officer’s likely to move to his parent cadre

The 1986 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre, Vipul Mitra is likely to get posting in Gujarat Secretariat.Mitra was principal secretary, tourism department, when he was transferred last year to post of director general, Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA).If the secretariat grapevine is any guide, Mitra most likely to be made principal secretary, administrative reforms and training division of General Administration Department.
