The 2011 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre, Vinay Pratap Singh has been given addl charge as Chief Administrator in Shri Mata Sheetla Devi Shrine Board(MSDSB), Gurugram. He is currently serving as Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram and CEO cum Secretary in the Haryana Smartgram Development Authority(HSDA).
