IRS officer Vinay Kumar Singh has been empanelled at Joint Secretary or Equivalent Rank at the Centre.
As per a recently issued directive by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, name of IRS officer Vinay Kumar Singh has been mandated for empanelment at Joint Secretary or Equivalent Rank at the Centre.
Currently IRS Vinay Kumar Singh (1997-batch IRS-C&IT officer) is serving in the Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India Limited as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO).
