IAS Vinay Kumar Chaubey will be new Principal Secretary in the state of Jharkhand.
In accordance with the officials, Senior IAS officer Vinay Kumar Choubey has been appointed as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Jharkhand.
Hours after Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader Champai Soren took oath as the new Chief Minister of Jharkhand, this development came to the fore.
On Wednesday 31st of January 2024, after Soren’s arrest and his Choubey had left the charge of Principal Secretary. Now with a recent notification from the Department of Personnel,Vinay Kumar Choubey has been re-appointed as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Jharkhand till further orders.
