IRAS officer Vinay Bansal has been designated as Financial Advisor in the NCLT.
Following a recently issued notification by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), name of IRAS officer Vinay Bansal has been designated as Financial Advisor in the National Company Law Tribunal. He has been given the posting under Central Staffing Scheme.
A year 2011 batch IRAS officer Vinay Bansal will now work under Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He has been given a total work tenure of five year from the date of taking over the charge.
