A year 1994 batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer Vikram Dev Dutt, Director General, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Coal.
Simultaneously IAS Surendra Kumar Bagde, (MH:93), Additional Secretary,
Ministry of Housing & Uban Affairs has been designated as Director General, National Centre for Good Governance, Department of Administrative
Reforms and Public Grievances in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India.
