IAS officer Vikram D Dutt has been appointed as Director General, Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
The ACC has also approved in-situ upgradation of IAS officer Vujram Dev Dutta to the level of Special Secretary in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India as a measure personal to him by temporarily upgrading the posts held by him.
A year 1993 batch of IAS officer of AGMUT cadre Vikram Dev Dutt is currently serving as Director General, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation.
