The 1996 batch Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer of Karnataka cadre, Vijay Ranjan Singh has been appointed as Private Secretary to Cabinet Minister of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Sh. Ananth Kumar. Prior to this he was working as Director in the Department of Fertilizers.
