The 1987 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre, Vijay Kumar Dev has been appointed as new Adviser to the UT Administrator. Presently he is serving as Chief Electoral Officer(CEO), Delhi. He will succeed K K Sharma (IAS, AGMUT:83).
