Vijay Keshav Gokhale takes charge as new Foreign Secretary

The 1981 batch Indian Foreign Service(IFS) officer, Vijay Keshav Gokhale has taken over the charge as new Foreign Secretary on Monday, succeeding S. Jaishankar.
