The 1986 batch IAS officer of Manipur-Tripura cadre, U. Venkateswarlu has been appointed as Financial Commissioner, Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). Prior to this he was serving as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industry.
