Venkaiah Naidu says, all officials to reach office by 9 am

Venkaiah Naidu, Urban development and Housing Minister had a surprise visit to some of the offices of Nirman Bhawan and noticed that some of the officers and staff rooms are empty. After seeing this picture of offices, he directed all officials and staff member to be in their seat by 9 am.
He also took note of electrical and other wires dangling along corridors and unused and waste materials dumped in the open. He found the floors being cleaned as he went around for about half an hour. The minister was not happy with the upkeep of canteens.
The Prime Minister Narendra Modi set the standard by reaching office early, now almost every department has issued a circular for strict adherence of punctuality.
