IAS Veera Rana has been appointed as Chief Secretary, Madhya Pradesh. Rana has also been entrusted additional charge of MPBSE.
Year n1988 batch Indian Administrative Services officer, Veera Rana has been appointed as Chief Secretary in the Government of MP. She will also hold the additional position as the Chairperson of the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education.
With assuming charge of Chief Secretary, she becomes only the second lady officer to hold the top position in the state’s bureaucracy.
