The 1979 batch IAS officer of Kerala cadre, V. Somusundaran Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation is being now appointed as Secretary in the Ministry of Woman & Child Development in place of Vinay Sheel Oberoi (IAS, AM:79).
