The 1980 batch IAS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre, V K Subburaj, has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Govt of India. Prior to this he was serving as Secretary, AIDS.
