The 1977 batch IAS officer of Uttarakhand cadre, Subhash Kumar, incumbent Chief Secretary is in the consideration zone by the government of Uttarakhand for the post of Chairman of Uttarakhand State Electricity Authority. He is going to retire on 31 October this year.
