Two lady IPS officers have been deputed as SP in two districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Through a recently issued notification, the state administration of Uttar Pradesh, has announced appointment of two lady IPS officers as Superintendent of Police in two UP districts.
One of the chosen top cops, IPS Prachi Singh has been designated the Commandant of the 32nd Battalion, PAC in Lucknow whereas the other lady IPS Vrinda Shukla has been posted as SP for the UP 1090 Women’s Helpline which is a vital service aimed at assisting distressed women.
