IAS officer Utsav Anand has changed his cadre on Marriage Grounds and got shifted to Haryana cadre.
Following a recently issued notification by the competent authority, name of IAS officer Utsav Anand has been allowed as cadre change shifting him to Haryana cadre.
After getting married to IAS Anand chose to relocate to Haryana opting for an unconventional yet heartfelt career decision. Thus in a rare move, IAS Utsav Anand has been shifted from Uttar Pradesh cadre to Haryana to be with his wife, IAS officer Anjali Shrotriya.
