US President Donald Trump to dial PM Narendra Modi today

Donald Trump will on Tuesday call Prime Minister Narendra Modi at around 11 pm (IST) and will have a brief discussion which is expected to last about half hour. This is going to be the first conversation between both the leaders after Trump’s inauguration on January 20.
2.EC permits Govt for February 1 Budget but asks not to talk of plans, work done in poll states
The EC has permitted the government to present the Union Budget on February on few conditions: the Finance Minister should not announce new schemes specific to Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Goa, Uttarakhand and Manipur; and, the government should not, in the Budget speech, highlight its achievements in the five poll-bound states.
