The 1985 batch IAS officer of Odisha cadre, Upendra Prasad Singh has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary in the Ministry of Labour & Employment from 7 Feb 2019 to 12 Feb 2019 during the period of absence on leave of Heera Lal Samariya(IAS, TG:85). He is currently posted as Secretary in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.
