Today morning UP chief Secretary Rahul Bhatnagar and Principal Secretary home Debashish Panda made surprise visit to every floor of annexe building and inspected. All staff were instructed to be present on their seats. New CM Yogi Adityanath was about to visit here at 12PM. Administration is trying to be prompt and in action . In between there was huge curiosity seen among secretariat staff to see new chief minister. The panic situation prevailed as officials informed the staff sitting in annexe to ensure their presence because the CM could make surprise visit to any room.
