Sanjeev Saran, Principal Secretary in Industrial Development, Uttar Pradesh has been directed to departmental proceeding for not being present in the Allahabad High Court with complete records in connection with the procedure adopted for promotion of tainted Chief Engineer (Projects) of the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC).
