The Government of UP has transferred 31 IAS Officers in the state along with appointment of new DCs in Lucknow and Kanpur.
As per a recently issued notification by the State Administration of Uttar Pradesh, names of 31 IAS officers have been mandated for shifting across the state along with new responsibilities.
Yogi Government has also appointed new District Magistrates in 14 districts along with Lucknow, Kanpur.
Notable names in the list include the promoted officers of Lucknow District Magistrate Suryapal Gangwar and Kanpur Nagar District Magistrate Rakesh Kumar Singh. The two officers have been now elevated to the level of Secretary.
