IAS officer Ujjwal Tah has been empanelled for promotion as Director General, Mines Safety empanelment.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the empanelment of IAS Ujjwal Tah for promotion to the post of Director General of Mines Safety in the Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS), Dhanbad.
IAS Ujjwal Tah has been given a work tenure for the panel year 2024 w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post and until further orders, subject to the outcome of the OA No.2895/2023 filed by Shri D.B. Naik, Deputy Director General of Mines Safety (Mechanical) in the CAT, PB, New Delhi.
