U. P. Singh appointed as Addl Secretary, M/o Water Resources, River Development & Ganga rejuvenation

The 1985 batch IAS officer of Orissa cadre, U. P. Singh, lAS (OR:1985), presently serving as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has been appointed as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation vice Shri Nikhilesh Jha, lAS (MN:1984) on his appointment as Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Department of Food  and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution.
