Two top officers have played pivotal role in the construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya Dham.
The two officers including one ICS and one IAS have bee appreciated for their key role in the construction of the Ram Temple.
The Ramjanmabhumi Temple Consecration is mainly done by PM Modi but two officers are also being given the credit for the their pivotal role in the construction of Ram Temple.
The first out of the two is KK Nair who was the one officer who refused to remove idols of Ram Lalla from the temple. This was year 1949 when at the disputed site the Ram idols mysteriously appeared then then the PM Jawahar Lal Nehru wanted him to remove the idols but that did not happen due to KK Nair. Officer Nair was the then district magistrate of Ayodhya.
Later on Nair opted for the VRS and joined Bharatiya Jan Sangh. Contesting election he became MP from Bahraich along with his wife who became MP from Kaisarganj.
The other officer is well known as Nripendra Mishra. The Indian Administrative Services officer of 1967 batch is today the Chairman of the Temple Construction Committee after relinquishing PMO.
