Two IPS officers have been transferred in the state of UP whereas IPS Akhilesh Kumar have been made new IG, EOW.
The Uttar Pradesh Government has transferred two IPS officers, namely IPS Akhilesh Kumar and IPS Vaibhav Krishna. A year 2005 batch IPS officer Akhihlesh Kumar is the current Inspector General (IG) of Azamgarh. He has been appointed as IG of the Economic Offence Wing (EOW).
On the other hand a year 2010 batch IPS Vaibhav Krishna was at present rendering services as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Security. Now with the new order he has been designated as the DIG of Azamgarh.
