Two IPS officers Aparna Gupta and Suraj Rai have been assigned new portfolios in UP Police.
In accordance with a newly released notification by the state administration of UP, names of two IPS officers Aparna Gupta and Suraj Rai have been mandated for entrustment of new portfolios in UP Police.
IPS Aparna Gupta has been shifted to the post of SP HQ, and now she will be responsible for handling various police matters in the headquarters, whereas IPS Suraj Rai has been moved to the position of Commander of Meerut PAC (6th), overseeing the Provincial Armed Constabulary in the state.
