Two officers have been empaneled to hold Join Secretary and equivalent rank.
Recently through an issued directive the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, has approved names of two officers for empanelment to hold Join Secretary and equivalent rank.
Out of half a dozen chosen officers of various services and batches, two officers H Atheli (ICAS: 2002) (Initial deferred) and Avanish Kumar Mishra (ISS: 2000) (First Review) have been empaneled to hold Join Secretary and equivalent rank.
