Two IAS officers have been transferred and posted as Secretaries in the state of Sikkim.
Following a directive issued by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet lately, names of two IAS officers have been mandated for shifting to Sikkim state as Secretaries. Names of the chosen officers include Yishey Doma Yongda and Yangchen D Tamang.
SCS officer Yishey Doma Yongda has been appointed as Secretary – State Election Commission, Sikkim. She presently was serving as District Collector, Gyalshing District, Land Revenue and Disaster Management (LR & DM) Department, Sikkim.
SImultaneously, SCS officer Yangchen D Tamang has been posted as Secretary – Sikkim Public Service Commission, Sikkim.
