Two IAS officers have been appointed as Municipal Commissioner in two different districts of Uttarakhand.
As per a recently issued directive by the state administration of Uttarakhand, names of two IAS officers have been mandated for posting as Municipal Commissioner in two different districts in the state. IAS Namami Bansal and IAS Richa SIngh are the two chosen officers for the new administrative roles.
IAS Namami Bansal IAS (Uttarakhand 2017) was currently serving as Additional Secretary, Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare and Department of Medical Education, Uttarakhand. Now with transfer she has been appointed as Municipal Commissioner – Municipal Corporation, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. On the other hand IAS Richa Singh PCS has been given responsibility as Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Haldwani.
