Two officers belonging to Indian Administrative Services(IAS) have been given new postings in West Bengal. The officers are: Sutanu Prasad Kar appointed as Director, State Urban Development Agency; Dr. Saumitra Mohan given Additional charge as Programme Director, SPMG.
