Two officers belonging to the Indian Administrative Services(IAS) have been transferred and posted locally in West Bengal. The officers are: Puneet Yadav posted as Officer on Special Duty to ATI, West Bengal and Pawan Kadyan posted as Joint Secretary, Finance and will also hold the addl charge of the post of Joint Secretary(e-Governance) in P&AR.
