Two new IPS officers have been appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Police in Tamil Nadu.
Following an issued directive lately by the state administration of Tamil Nadu, names of two new IPS officers have been mandated for appointment as Deputy Commissioner of Police in the state capital.
IPS officer Vishwesh Balasubramaniam Shastri (2017) has been moved as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic, North, Greater Chennai Police whereas IPS officer P Kumar has been shifted to Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic, South, filling an existing vacancy.
