IPS officers Bhanupada Chakraborty & Bikas Deb have been entrusted with new responsibilities in the state of Tripura.
Former SP (PHQ), Bhanupada Chakraborty has been shifted and posted as Commandant, TSR 1st Bn., and Ashok Kumar Sinha, the incumbent SP South, has now been shifted to the post of Commandant.
In another significant move, Addl. SP (Vigilance) Bikas Deb has been promoted to the role of SP Vigilance, strengthening the vigilance division’s capacity in order to counter corruption and ensure transparency in the police department.
