Transfer of Shri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan , Judge of Rajasthan High Court as Judge of Karnataka High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Shri Raghvendra Sigh Chauhan, Judge of the Rajasthan High Court, as a Judge of Karnataka High Court and to direct him to assume charge of his office in the Karnataka High Court on or before 12th March, 2015.
