Several IPS officers have been reshuffled whereas two IPS officers have been called back to the state capital, Mumbai.
In a significant administrative move in the state of Maharashtra, several IPS officers have been transferred with new postings. Two significant names among them, IPS Chhering Dorje and IPS Aswathi Dorje have been reassigned to Mumbai. Both of the officers belong to batch of year 2000.
IPS Chhering Dorje is currently serving as the Joint Commissioner of Police, and IPS Aswathi Dorje is the incumbent Special Inspector General (IG) of Nagpur Division.
