Three IPS officers have been allotted an extension in their tenure in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
A directive issued by the competent authority recently has mandated to give an extension in their tenure in the CBI. Names of the three top cops include Sudha Singh (IPS: 2006: OD), A Jayadevan (IPS: 2008: MP) and Dr Navdeep Singh Brar.
The tenure of Sudha Singh has been extended for a period of two years whereas tenure of A Jayadevan has been prolonged for a period of two years. On the other hand the tenure of Dr Navdeep Singh Brar has been added with three more years.
