Three IAS officers of Uttar Pradesh cadre have been given new postings. The officers are: Gaya Prasad transferred to Lucknow as Special Secretary, Child Development Deptt; Sukh Lal Bharti gets addl charge of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Saharanpur and Mahendra Kumar shifted from Housing Development to Urban Development as Special Secretary.
