As many as three IAS officers have been empanelled for the post of Additional Secretary in the Govt of India. The officers are: Ram Mohan Mishra & Kadim Narayan Kumar of 1987 batch from Assam-Meghalaya cadre and Dharmendra Gangwar of 1988 batch from Bihar cadre.
