Tenure of IAS Nitesh Kumar Vyas has been extended.
Following a recent notification from the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, name of IAS Nitesh Kumar has been mandated for an extension in his tenure on the current position.
A year 1996 batch senior IAS officer of MP cadre, Nitesh Kumar Vyas is currently serving as Deputy Election Commissioner in the Election Commission of India. Apart from the extension of tenure his post has also been upgraded from the level of Joint Secretary to the level of Additional Secretary for a term up to 09.08.2025.
