In the state ofTelangana 10 IAS officers have been assigned to alleviate drinking water scarcity.
The most awaited responsibility has been entrusted to IAS officer Anita Ramachandran. A year2004 batch IAS, Ramachandran has been asked to supervise in the districts of Suryapet and Nalgonda, Yadadri Bhongir.
Lately Revanth Reddy Government of Telangana has appointed a total number of ten distinguished officers who have been given the responsibility to monitor the drinking water scarcity in rural and urban areas of some of the districts in the state.
Significant names among the chosen IAS officers include Patil Prashant Jeevan (2011 batch), Krishna Aditya S (2014 batch), R.V. Karnan (2012 batch), Anita Ramachandran (2004 batch), A. Sharath (2006 batch).
