The 1980 batch IPS officer of Assam Meghalaya cadre, Ramesh Chand Tayal may soon move from SSB. He is presently serving as Additional Director General, Sashastra Seema Bal. He is empanelled to be posted to the rank of as DG, Govt of India this year.
