Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, J Jayalalitha writes to Prime Minister that Hindi to be used as Social media language is against the spirit of the Official Language Act, 1963. This is happened after Union Home Minister gives directive to bureaucrats that accounts on social media like Facebook, Twitter, blogs, Google+ and You Tube should compulsory use Hindi, or both Hindi & English, with Hindi being written above or first.
