On Thursday, the Supreme Court of India has give a sigh of relief to the dance bars in Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra as the state government has imposed the stringent conditions for getting license for dance bars.
The court also set aside the Maharashtra government’s ruling for mandatory installation of CCTV camera inside dance bars by saying it violates the privacy.
