The key names in the list of the 22 IAS officers include Radha Raturi of Uttarakhand., Dhan Jyoti Mukhia of Sikkim; K Nirmala of Telangana; S Natarajan of Tamil Nadu; Kalpana Awasthi of Uttar Pradesh; and Amit Mohan Prasad off UP.
